The project was shaped by my time at the Playful Obscura residency in Ho, Ghana in September 2025, where our shared meals and conversations about food across African cultures connected with my goal of building a game where your body is the controller, and the exploration of how play can be integrated with cultural knowledge. This solo project is built in Unity, prototype with OpenCV and taking 2 weeks to build, and later using the Kinect SDK for Unity. It was showcased at A MAZE.\Berlin 2026. It is currently an unpublished prototype.

Growing up, I wanted to be a lot of things. But the one thing that really stuck was astronaut. Just something about science and going off-world. It only seemed right to brand my other great passion after astronauts and exploration.
